“Cheesy” Ordering Instructions

(Rehoboth Ranch Pick Up)

Placing an order

1. Online: All products with current prices are available in our online “Farmer’s Market”.

2. On Site: Order forms are available at Rehoboth Ranch. Fill out the order form and place in the “Orders” envelope. To avoid a $2.00 service fee (see Cash On Delivery payment below), payment should accompany the order form. An invoice will be included with all orders at the time of pick-up.

Orders must be placed by midnight the Sunday 9 days before order pick up. See Calendar for order deadlines.

Payment

1. Online: Customers will have the opportunity to place an order online and pay with a credit card, Paypal account, or eCheck during the checkout process. Simply follow the directions provided during Checkout.

2. Check: Payment by check may be included with an order. Place the order form and payment in the “Orders” envelope.

3. Cash: Payment may be made in cash at the time of order placement. Change will not be made at Rehoboth Ranch. You may place exact change in an envelope with your name on it, or you may round your payment up to the next dollar. Overpayments will be refunded upon delivery of your order.

4. Cash/Check on Delivery: This option incurs a $2.00 service fee. Online orders will have the choice of paying at the time of pickup. A check or cash must be placed in an envelope along with an invoice. If paying with cash, EXACT CHANGE needs to be placed in the envelope along with the invoice. Place the invoice and envelope in the “Payments” envelope.

Order Pick-Up

Orders will be available for pick up at Rehoboth Ranch on each coop pick-up day (every other Tuesday, starting December 23^rd). To receive an order on the upcoming coop Tuesday, orders much be received by the Sunday 9 days prior to pick up (orders must be place by midnight on Sunday, December 14^th for pick up on December 23^rd). All orders will be packaged and clearly marked with the customer’s last name. Orders will be placed in a cooler, ready for pick-up. All paid orders will include a receipt. Unpaid orders will include an invoice. Unpaid orders must be paid at the time of pick up. Place payment in the “Payments” envelope.
